The fee for this program is nominally $1600. This covers tuition, meals, and transportation (i.e., field trips and weekend excursions). Due to the non-profit nature of this summer program, this fee is an estimate and may go up depending on enrollment and other cost. We pledge to donate any money left-over, after a nominal administrative fee by CampDepot.com, to charities such as Nature Conservancy and/or National Park Conservation.

To reserve a spot in this program, you must complete the online registration and send in $600 as the first payment by May 25th, 2010. Of this $600, $100 is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation by May 25th, you will get the refundable portion ($500) of your payment back.

Final payment of $1000 or whatever is the remainder of the total fee must be paid by June 6th. Otherwise, your spot will be surrendered to those on the wait-list. Your first payment will not be refunded in this case. That is, your $500 is non-refundable after May 25th.
